WWII-NE-DB01
An all-metal purpose built assault plane that could reach speeds of 260mph and carry up to 600kg of ordnance. The Dutch design also had 4x 7.9mm HMG’s in the wings and one in the rear cockpit for defence. A lack of munitions led to these aircraft being misused in May 1940 for the loss of all aircraft.

WWII-NE-RB01
The most successful export aircraft of Fokker following WWI, designated as a tactical recce plane. Fitted with 2x synchonised MG’s and one Lewis 7.9mm in the rear it was capable of a modest payload, carrying up to 200kg of ordnance in a number of configurations on its underwing bomb racks.

WWII-NE-RB02
Although outdated by the start of WWII, this strategic recce & light strike plane performed surprisingly well during 1940. Only 11 out of 16 were operational at the start of hostilities, they avoided the destruction of their airfield in the first hour and only lost two to enemy action.

WWII-NE-FP01
This was the first monoplane fighter design to come from Fokker. A bitch to fly, those who mastered it soon found they could compete with the Bf-109 and Bf-110’s on a largely equal footing, the one complaint that was frequently issued was the unreliability of the four wing mounted 7.9mm MG’s.

WWII-NE-FP02
A truly revolutionary aircraft when it was introduced in 1936, it had two batteries of 4x 7,9mm FN MG’s in the nose with another in the rear cockpit as well as being designed to carry a 400kg payload. The 36 strong fleet was decimated in 1940 although only two were lost to enemy action.

WWII-NE-MB01
The only true bomber in the Dutch air fleet in 1940 was designed to be a heavy fighter-cruiser. There were a massive number of hydraulic related problems limiting the deployment potential and by 1940 these issues, as well as that of its armaments was still not solved, they still performed well.
